Pass Plus Cymru is a project funded by special Welsh Assembly grant and is allocated to County Councils on different levels. You can only book via this website onto courses that are held in the local authority area in which you live. If there is no course available or you wish to attend a course in another local authority area you must ring 0845 050 4255.
